What this website collects
Nothing is stored by this website. The contact form opens your own email client; the message goes to us as an ordinary email. We do not use analytics cookies or trackers on this page. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve them.
What we process for clients
- Business data you connect to a desk (email, CRM, calendar, documents) — processed only to perform the agreed service, under a Data Processing Agreement.
- Task records, approvals, agent outputs and audit logs — stored in a database we operate for you, exportable and deletable on request.
- Prompts and outputs sent to AI model providers — we use providers with contractual commitments not to train on customer data; we can restrict providers on request.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection under UK GDPR. Email us; we respond within 30 days. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Terms of service (summary)
- Service. We install, operate and improve AI operations desks as described in your signed proposal.
- Fees. One-off setup fee, monthly subscription, and model usage passed through at cost up to a cap you set. Prices ex VAT. Invoiced monthly in advance.
- Term. 3-month minimum, then rolling monthly; 30 days' written notice to cancel.
- Approvals. Actions flagged as sensitive in your configuration are never executed without a human approval from your side. You are responsible for reviewing the approval queue.
- Outputs. AI outputs can be wrong. You retain final responsibility for what is sent, published or signed. We are liable for our operating service, capped at fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
- Ownership. Your data, prompts, templates and workflow configurations are yours. Our platform code and tooling remain ours.
- Confidentiality. Mutual. We do not use your data for other clients.
- Law. England and Wales.
Full terms and DPA are provided with every proposal.
